Chiropractic

Chiropractors practice primarily using their hands, providing diagnosis, treatment and preventative care. Our team of chiropractors have evolved from traditional chiropractic therapy to include treatments such as soft tissue therapy, contemporary medical acupuncture, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, kinesio and athletic taping, manipulation, and functional rehabilitation.

Concussion Management (DC)

Concussions have become a focus for both youth and adults and early intervention is critical for a full recovery. Initiating an active treatment plan is imperative for proper recovery. We utilize a comprehensive, multi-modal, and evidence based approach to treating concussions which is based on current advances in concussion research.

During pregnancy, your body faces many new and unique changes. We provide specific treatments to help support you and your health while you navigate these changes. Our support also extends into the postpartum period. We continue to help you navigate your recovery in this time.

Medical Grade Compression Socks

Compression socks can provide much-needed relief by boosting blood flow, reducing swelling and lowering the risk of varicose veins. If you are pregnant, travelling, on your feet all day or sitting all day compression socks could be for you.

Dr. Tiffany Bacon was born and raised in a small town in Ontario. Her interests in the musculoskeletal system started early on. Competing in various sports furthered this interest. She graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Arts, Kinesiology Honours Degree. After completing her undergraduate degree, she then went on to receive a diploma in Paramedics. She later, attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she treated patients of all ages with chronic and acute injuries, and complex medical histories. She is additionally qualified in Neurofunctional Acupuncture and Smart Tools and looks forward to incorporating these into her practice. Dr. J. Alex Coulson, is an experienced chiropractor that helps his patients manage pain, stay pain free and reach their maximal potential. He graduated from the University of Ottawa in Human Kinetics. He then continued his education at the New York Chiropractic College completing both his Doctor of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Anatomy and Physiology Instruction. Dr. Coulson is certified in Active Release Therapy (ART), Functional Integrated Acupuncture, RockTape and Applied Kinesiology, as well, he is working towards his International Sport Certificate. Dr. Coulson has gained experience treating a wide range of patients from US Veterans, elderly individuals, students, elite athletes and almost everyone in between.

Dr. Devon Dodge graduated from Western University with a Kinesiology Honors degree and further continued her education with a four-year Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. During her time at CMCC, Dr. Dodge gained experience treating a diverse group of patients including at-risk populations, the elderly, students, office workers and athletes. She is committed to keeping her knowledge and skills up to date and has completed continuing education courses including a certificate in Functional Integrated Acupuncture from CMCC. Dr. Dodge has always had a passion for active living, and has been involved in many sports both competitively and recreationally. She also works onsite at London Gymnastics Academy/The Heat Cheerleading and Dance Essence. In her free time, she enjoys continued involvement in recreational sports, travel and spending time outdoors. Mike Filipovic has been working as a certified pedorthist since 2016. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Specialization degree in Kinesiology and further continued his education with a diploma in Pedorthics.

His passion for rehabilitation, physical fitness, and optimizing human performance began through his love for playing sports. His most notable achievements include playing professional soccer overseas in Croatia, Bosnia, and Brazil before returning home to play at the varsity level with Western. He continues to play competitively today and also works as a strength coach.

Mike’s athletic background has heavily influenced his treatment philosophy. He strives to help people restore their foot function by enhancing their strength, mobility, and movement quality starting from the ground up.

Dr. Evan Georgievski graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science, Kinesiology Honours degree. He then continued at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic. He is full body certified in Active Release Technique ®; certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture (McMaster University), Integrated Therapeutics ®, and Module 1 Graston Technique ®.

Blair Hennessey has a diverse background as an athlete and now as a physical therapist. He grew up playing competitive hockey and soccer before joining the Canadian Forces as an Infantryman, serving 9.5 years. However, he always had a passion for Physical Therapy and knew that’s where he would end up. Blair is a graduate of the Western University Master of Physical Therapy program and utilizes a combination of exercise-based therapy alongside Functional Dry-Needling with IMS, joint mobilization, and soft-tissue release to achieve patient-centred goals and restore function.

Blair has a background in strength and conditioning, which he leans on in developing patient-centred treatment plans for people of all ages and backgrounds. Blair also holds his Sports First Responder and has provided on and off-field Physical Therapy care to several varsity sports teams, including Football, Men’s Hockey, Men’s Basketball, Track and Field / Cross-Country, Swimming, and recently, Professional Soccer. Blair has experience with common musculoskeletal injuries, pain, dysfunction and post-operative Shoulders, Hips, Knees, and Ankles as a part of his clinical experience and while on placements during his Master of Physical Therapy.

Dan is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, licensed with the Ontario Osteopathic Association and a certified member of OSTCAN. The OOA/OSTCAN is recognized by all insurance companies in Ontario. Before completing the Osteopathy program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy with a Masters in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences, Dan practiced as a Registered Massage Therapist for 8 years and he also holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University. Native of Vancouver, BC, he moved to Ontario in 2008 and has lived in Southwestern Ontario since.

Cody is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at triOS college (formerly the D’Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy) in London, ON. Prior to beginning his journey as a Registered Massage Therapist, Cody was a fitness coach for over eight years at a number of high-performance gyms in Windsor and London, working to help his client base achieve their peak health and performance. Cody has his canfitpro personal training certification, his CrossFit L1 certification and has provided nutritional and fitness coaching for many clients over his 8-year personal training career.

Outside of his professional history, Cody has always been involved in a variety of athletics and understands the importance of rehab and prehab when reaching one’s potential.
