If this is your first time booking with us we require an Initial Appointment. If you have not had an appointment for 12+ months we require a Re-Assessment Appointment.

(within Teamldn.Hybrid Training Centre (at back across from habitat for humanity)
Provides the same high standard of performance care in a movement-first, team-based model. Treatment is primarily exercise-driven, with a strong focus on functional movement and progressive rehabilitation. Manual therapy and dry needling are incorporated when appropriate, ensuring each patient receives what they need to succeed. This location is ideal for those who benefit from a collaborative, active treatment approach.

Modern Health & Performance- Downtown 123 St George Street- Complimentary parking spots are located behind our entrance with signage “MHP Parking all others towed” Additional street parking (2 hours free) on St George Street at our entrance or on Ann Street just south of the train tracks.
Direct Billing
On applicable polices. Private insurance coverage is confidential to the insured member and the clinic cannot see details pertaining to your policy.
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
