Guided by the clinic philosophy, our MHP providers deliver quality, patient-centered treatments that are consistent across all ailments and disciplines. If this is your first time booking with us we require an Initial Appointment. If you have not had an appointment for 12+ months we require a Re-Assessment Appointment.

Performance-focused care through a more hands-on, individualized treatment style. Appointments often include a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture, and guided rehab exercises. Whether you’re an athlete or simply want to move and feel better, this location emphasizes one-on-one care and detailed assessment to restore, optimize, and enhance function.

MHP Oakridge Located at: 530 Oxford St W, London

(within Teamldn.Hybrid Training Centre (at back across from habitat for humanity)

Provides the same high standard of performance care in a movement-first, team-based model. Treatment is primarily exercise-driven, with a strong focus on functional movement and progressive rehabilitation. Manual therapy and dry needling are incorporated when appropriate, ensuring each patient receives what they need to succeed. This location is ideal for those who benefit from a collaborative, active treatment approach.

On applicable polices. Private insurance coverage is confidential to the insured member and the clinic cannot see details pertaining to your policy.

We require 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

Chiropractic

Chiropractors practice primarily using their hands, providing diagnosis, treatment and preventative care. Our team of chiropractors have evolved from traditional chiropractic therapy to include treatments such as soft tissue therapy, contemporary medical acupuncture, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, kinesio and athletic taping, manipulation, and functional rehabilitation.

Massage therapy treatment has a therapeutic effect on the body and optimizes health and well-being by acting on the muscular, nervous, and circulatory systems. Physical function can be developed, maintained, and improved by the use of massage therapy. Also, physical dysfunction/pain and the effects of stress can be relieved or prevented.


Concussion Management (DC)

Concussions have become a focus for both youth and adults and early intervention is critical for a full recovery. Initiating an active treatment plan is imperative for proper recovery. We utilize a comprehensive, multi-modal, and evidence based approach to treating concussions which is based on current advances in concussion research.

Prenatal/Postnatal & Pediatric Care (DC)

During pregnancy, your body faces many new and unique changes. We provide specific treatments to help support you and your health while you navigate these changes. Our support also extends into the postpartum period. We continue to help you navigate your recovery in this time.

If you have been running for years or are just starting out, consider having a comprehensive running analysis. Medical Grade Compression Socks

Compression socks can provide much-needed relief by boosting blood flow, reducing swelling and lowering the risk of varicose veins. If you are pregnant, travelling, on your feet all day or sitting all day compression socks could be for you.


MHP Recovery

You can book a session with a piece of equipment at our rehab facility located downtown. Price is per single session and cannot be billed through private insurance. Reception will be onsite to help you with setup.

Dr. Tiffany Bacon completed her Doctor of Chiropractic’s at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University. She continues to advance her skills and improve patient care with multiple continuing education courses in Concussion Management Therapy and Neurofunctional Acupuncture (McMaster University) to assist patients in their recovery. Dr. Tiffany is qualified in Complete Concussion Management and has worked with teams such as the Junior Mustangs Football program to conduct their Concussion Baseline Testing. Gone are the days of resting in a dark room all day long. Research shows the number one predictor for a better outcome after a concussion, is early intervention by a healthcare provider educated in concussion rehabilitation. Dr. Tiffany has worked with numerous individual concussion patients in their assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation. Dr. Tiffany is also experienced in treating all manners of injuries, acute and chronic. She takes the time to explain the root of the cause and educate her patients in injury prevention. When Dr. Tiffany is not at the clinic, she enjoys playing a multitude of sports including but not limited to hockey, skiing, volleyball, hiking, and horseback riding. Dr. J. Alex Coulson specializes in assessing and treating muscles and joints throughout the body. Using a thorough evaluation process, he develops customized treatment plans to address pain, improve mobility, and enhance performance.

Dr. Alex holds a BSc. in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, a Doctor of Chiropractic, and a Master of Science in Anatomy and Physiology Instruction from New York Chiropractic College. He is currently completing a Master of Science in Sport Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University and pursuing his Sports Sciences Fellowship with the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada).

As the team chiropractor for the London Majors and has worked with Western University’s Track and Field teams and the London Western Track and Field Club. He is certified in Active Release Therapy (ART®), Functional Integrated Acupuncture, RockTape and holds the International Certification of Sports Chiropractic (ICSC).

Dr. Devon Dodge is a dedicated chiropractor with a passion for promoting wellness and active living. She holds an Honors degree in Kinesiology from Western University and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). Throughout her education, Dr. Dodge gained extensive experience treating a wide variety of patients, including athletes of all ages, office workers, students, the elderly, and at-risk populations.

Mike Filipovic has been working as a certified pedorthist since 2016. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Specialization degree in Kinesiology and further continued his education with a diploma in Pedorthics.

His passion for rehabilitation, physical fitness, and optimizing human performance began through his love for playing sports. His most notable achievements include playing professional soccer overseas in Croatia, Bosnia, and Brazil before returning home to play at the varsity level with Western. He continues to play competitively today and also works as a strength coach.

Prior to beginning his journey as a Registered Massage Therapist, Cody was a fitness coach for over eight years at a number of high-performance gyms in Windsor and London, working to help his client base achieve their peak health and performance. Cody has his canfitpro personal training certification, his CrossFit L1 certification and has provided nutritional and fitness coaching for many clients over his 8-year personal training career.

Elizabeth is a registered massage therapist in good standing with the CMTO, and has been practicing since 2021. Elizabeth has had the opportunity to work with many patient populations and has found that she especially enjoys working with first responders and athletes. Elizabeth has experience working with varsity and semi-pro athletes, including those playing hockey, football, and rugby. She has experience with long distance runners.

Elizabeth holds an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) certification. She is currently working with two rugby teams as an on-field sports first responder. Elizabeth has additional training in cupping therapy, and combined decongestive therapy.

Growing up playing sports and through living an active lifestyle, Elizabeth understands how important it is to support people in maintaining their well being and recovering from injuries. Elizabeth is very familiar with neck, shoulder, and hip pathologies, as well as soft tissue complaints. She strives to take an active approach to each individual’s massage therapy needs. Elizabeth enjoys incorporating techniques like deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and active release into her practice.
